Cannabis Consumption is allowed on the campground property. No smoking, dabbing or vaping inside any of the buildings or cabins.

We are very excited to have you joining us for Croptoberfest 2020 at Camp Timber Trails. CTT is a 417 acre campground that is located in the foothills of the Berkshires. This rustic campground features two program centers, dozens of cabins, a commercial kitchen, large activity field, an amphitheater and even a 16 acre lake that is completely private. Croptoberfest will feature live music performances, craft vendors, live glassblowing demonstrations, cannabis education, art demonstrations, food and more. FREE CAMPING FOR ALL ATTENDEES ON SATURDAY NIGHT.

Guests that have paid for a cabin rental may arrive at 5pm on Friday October 9th for check-in, please check-in at the WELCOME CENTER / COMMAND CENTER. You will be informed of your cabin number upon check-in. Cabins are not equipped with electricity so please bring flashlights. Cabins are equipped with cots but guests must provide their own linens, sleeping bags and pillows. NO SMOKING, VAPING OR DABBING IN THE CABINS OR ANY BUILDINGS.
CAMPGROUND RULES - Please respect the campground rules to help them in their mission to have a positive impact on the ecosystem.
NO SMOKING, DABBING, VAPING, CANDLES, OPEN FLAMES OR BURNING OF INCENSE IN ANY OF THE BUILDINGS OR CABINS.
POSSESSION OR CONSUMPTION OF ILLEGAL DRUGS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
CANNABIS CONSUMPTION IS ALLOWED WITHIN THE CAMPGROUND LIMITS.
FIRES MAY ONLY BE LIT IN THE DESIGNATED FIRE PITS AND MUST BE ATTENDED AT ALL TIMES.
NO HARVESTING OF PLANTS OR GATHERING OF WOOD. MUST SUPPLY OWN WOOD FOR FIRES.
GRILLING / COOKING IS ALLOWED.
STRICTLY ENFORCED - NO FOOD ALLOWED IN THE CABINS. * This remote location is frequently visited by wildlife, including bears, moose and bobcats. ALL FOOD MUST BE STORED IN THE DINING HALL.
THE POSSESSION OR USE OF WEAPONS, FIREARMS, FIREWORKS, AMMUNITION OR EXPLOSIVES ARE STRICTLY BANNED FROM THE CAMPGROUND.
PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. SERVICE ANIMALS WITH PROPER CREDENTIALS MAY BE ALLOWED. PLEASE SEND CREDENTIALS TO CAMPGROUND AHEAD OF TIME.
USE OF VEHICLES ARE STRICTLY LIMITED TO ESTABLISHED ROADS. NO PARKING ON ANY CTT ROADS. CARS MUST BE PARKED IN THE DESIGNATED PARKING AREAS.
ACCESS TO THE LAKE IS PROHIBITED. SWIMMING IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
ALL INDOOR FURNITURE MUST STAY INDOORS AND OUTDOOR FURNITURE MUST STAY OUTDOORS. ANY FURNITURE MOVED MUST BE RETURNED TO THE ORIGINAL LOCATION WHEN YOU ARE DONE.
QUIET TIME BEGINS AT 10PM AND ENDS AT 7AM. PLEASE BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHER CAMPERS.

What the hell is Croptoberfest?
Croptoberfest is an event dedicated to creating a safe place for like minded people to come together while emerging themselves in music and the counter culture community. Croptoberfest will feature live music, art, education, healing and wellness, craft vendors, workshops and everything else that makes this community so diverse and amazing.
